Chelsea FC Women are seeking an outstanding Head of Analysis to lead and evolve our world-class analysis function across the First Team and wider women's football pathway. 

Reporting to the Head Coach and Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in translating the club's Game Model into actionable insights that drive performance, recruitment and player development. Leading the performance, opposition and data analysis team, you will also work closely with recruitment and academy analysis to ensure a joined-up analytical approach across the women's programme.
