Wallan Basketball provides a comprehensive basketball program for the players in the outer-Northern suburbs and lower-central Country Victoria. The domestic programs include Aussie Hoops for 5-7-year olds, Under 8-16 domestic competition for 6-15-year olds, and senior domestic for adults. Our representative programs include Under 10-20 junior teams that participate in tournaments, VJBL and Country Champions, and senior teams in CBL and Big V. Wallan Basketball strives to be a leading team in Division 2 of the BigV Youth League. We have teams that participate in both the Youth League Men’s and Women’s competitions, as well as Division 2 of the Men’s and Women’s competition.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The BigV Men’s Youth League Head Coach is responsible for leading their respective BigV Youth League program at Wallan Basketball and will work with the Senior Committee, and relevant Men’s/Women’s BigV coach, to achieve successful outcomes in our BigV Youth League Program, both on and off the court. The BigV Youth League Head Coach is responsible for all coaching and other related duties as required to have a successful team in BigV Youth League.
