Cairns Basketball is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Coach to lead the Cairns Dolphins NBL1 North Women’s program in 2027 Season.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performance program, develop talented athletes and coaches, build a strong team culture and help shape a genuine pathway for local players into NBL1 basketball.

We’re looking for a coach who brings:

• Proven high-performance coaching experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to player and coach development
• The ability to build a positive, connected and accountable culture
• A genuine commitment to the Cairns basketball community

Must have a current open Queensland drivers licence and Blue Card working with Children.
