Brothers Rugby Club is one of Australia's largest and most famous Community Rugby Clubs. The club provides grassroots and elite programs for Rugby and Touch Football more than 2000 male and female players.

We are excited to welcome applications from suitably experienced candidates for the role of, “Colts 1 Head Coach” and "Womens Head Coach", ahead of the 2026 season.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Installing style of play - alignment throughout senior club
• Weekly planning - training sessions, selections, communication
• Weekly team and individual performance review process - video, statistics, presentations
• Weekly preview process - opposition, referees
• Retention and recruitment, including depth charting and succession planning.
• Player development, eg, Individual Performance Plans, Long term athlete development plans, performance reviews (weekly, mid-season, end of season etc)
• Season review, including preview and planning for following season.
• Training for both of these teams is two nights per week (generally Mon & Thurs) with a Saturday game
