Elmbridge Phoenix Swimming Club in Surrey is looking for an experienced Head Coach to lead and develop the Club.

We are a successful competitive swimming club with a busy Development programme, competitive squad, training squad and a performance programme (with swimmers of County, Regional and National levels). This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader who can inspire swimmers of all abilities.

Working Hours: Part Time, 24 hours a week

Coaching Qualifications and Experience:

• Mandatory Qualification: Minimum of Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate/ASA Level 2 Coaching Award
• Proven coaching experience: experience coaching swimmers at club level and above. 
• Track record of development: Demonstrable experience in developing swimmers through competitive levels: County, Regional and National competitions, with a focus on performance swimming and talent progression.
