Based in north London, Haringey Aquatics is looking for a highly motivated, inspiring and experienced, suitably-qualified Head Coach to lead our coaching team and evolve our competitive programme at three pools across the borough.

Our programme provides a pathway with multiple points of entry from Learn to Swim, pre-competitive, competitive and performance squads, swimming for fitness groups and masters, enabling young people and adults to take their swimming further. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of our coaching programme and the personal development of coaches and teachers. They will plan and deliver a high-quality, enjoyable programme working across all squads to ensure our athletes have the opportunity to reach their full potential. This is a full-time role, but we would also welcome applications from candidates not able to commit to full-time hours. 

We are Haringey’s only competitive aquatics club, and provide quality coaching in swimming, diving and water polo for all levels of ability. A friendly, inclusive club, we aim to provide opportunities, through regular training, for each of our members to achieve their full potential. Our experienced, passionate team offer a pathway for progression in aquatic sport from novice level through to County, Regional and National competition standards. Haringey Aquatics is affiliated to Swim England through the London Region.
