Hinckley Swimming Club, based in Leicestershire, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Head Coach to lead the delivery of the Club’s swimming programme and support the ongoing development of swimmers and coaches across all squads.

Locations: Hinckley and Desford, Leicestershire Hours: Approx 575 coaching hours (primarily evenings, with one early Saturday morning session) plus admin role to be carried out during the day.  We would expect this to be your only job. Qualifications required: Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate (minimum), Safeguarding & Protecting Children Closing date: as above 

Club Overview

Hinckley Swimming Club is a SwimMark-accredited club based at Hinckley Leisure Centre, Leicestershire. The club has approximately 200 swimmers, offering a structured pathway from Swim England Stage 5 through to county, regional, national and masters levels.

The club operates an inclusive programme, balancing participation and performance, and is supported by a strong team of teachers, coaches, volunteers and a proactive committee.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide leadership across the club, ensuring high standards of coaching, swimmer development, safeguarding and communication.

Experience in both swim teaching and competitive coaching is essential.
