This position is responsible for the effective implementation, growth, and development of the tennis coaching programs and complementary programs at Tennis World Millswood Tennis Centre. A primary focus is on the development and growth of participation in core coaching programs including Hot Shots, group lessons, Development Squads, Performance, Adult lessons and School groups.

In this role you will:

• Create, develop and uphold Tennis World coaching philosophy.
• Set individual coach benchmarks in consultation with coaching staff.
• Maintain standards of professionalism and excellence that reflect a high-performance culture.
• Plan and develop appropriate coaching programs across all segments for implementation at Millswood.
• Oversee and advise on developing appropriate training for coaches to increase their skills base.
• Lead and conduct internal programs to encourage ongoing participation and overall retention.
