Morpeth Swimming Club (MASC) in Northumberland is seeking a Head Coach to take overall responsibility for the club’s coaching programme and lead to the Performance Squad, shaping the next generation of county, regional, national and international swimmers.

We are looking for an experienced, visionary coach capable of elevating the club’s programme to the next level, inspiring athletes and coaches alike, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing club culture.

With responsibility to:

• Lead and take ownership of a genuine national-level training environment
• Work daily with high-ability, focused, and ambitious athletes
• Establish and embed a high-performance culture aligned to long-term athlete development
• Shape the strategic direction of the club’s competitive pathway
