We’re looking for an energetic, inspiring Head Coach to lead and grow the Oxfordshire Junior County Programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a county pathway, work with talented young players, and be part of an exciting joint programme between National Badminton and Oxfordshire Badminton Association.

You’ll deliver year‑round county sessions, support player progression into competition, and help drive participation and performance across Oxfordshire. There is also strong scope to expand the role through individual coaching, while retaining 100% of your individual lesson
income.
