The Artistic Swimming Australia Hancock Prospecting Centre of Excellence (CoE) provides a centralised High Performance environment that enables senior athletes to pursue excellence while balancing education, wellbeing, and personal development. 

The Head Coach leads the Senior National Program within this environment and ensures strong integration across ASA pathways, including Green & Gold Academies, Junior and Youth National Programs, State Sporting Organisations (SSOs), and Clubs. 

This role requires strong leadership in complex national and international environments, accountability for performance outcomes, and the ability to navigate and drive cultural meaningful change.
