Truro City Swimming Club in Cornwall is seeking a passionate,  experienced Head Swimming Coach to lead the strategic and operational development of the club’s swim programme. This is a rewarding role, working with swimmers from Stroke Improver to National level.

At Truro City Swimming Club, we cater for all swimmers, from our youngest members building upon the foundations of swimming learnt at swim schools and beginning on their swimming club journey, to our competitive swimmers competing at County, Regional and National levels.   We are a competitive swim club with 150 members, and the children are encouraged to compete, but we have lots of members who swim for fitness to improve their swimming to compete in other sports, such as surf lifesaving and triathlons.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality coaching sessions across all our squads, from Stroke Improver to Development, Competitive, and Performance. You'll work productively with Assistant Coaches and volunteers, contributing not only to swimmer development but also to the club’s wider goals.
