Position Overview

• Title: Head of Coaching (Junior Girls) or Head of Coaching (Junior Boys).
• Location: Basketball Hawthorn, Balwyn North.
• Reporting to: CEO. 
• Direct reports: Coach Coordinators.
• Contract type: Part-time, 20 hours per week.

Job Description

• Spearhead the development of innovative coaching programs to propel player advancement across all junior and youth age groups.
• Be the driving force behind building a team of exceptional coaches, nurturing their talents, and ensuring they deliver nothing but excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the fellow Head of Coaching to set audacious goals, constantly evaluate performance, and push boundaries for continuous improvement.
