DNBC is currently searching for an experienced ‘Head Coach’ who will be responsible for managing coaches and developing skill development programs for players.

It will involve approximately 20 – 30 hours of work per week, and requires flexibility as hours will vary between working during the day, to attending training sessions from Monday till Thursday, between 3pm – 8pm, as well as attending Game Day on Saturday.

The role will include a mix of program design, program delivery, and coach development, with the successful candidate needing to be equal parts competent in coaching and administration.

As the Head of Coaching and Player Development, you will be responsible for managing the on-court delivery of DNBC’s development programs, overseeing coach development across DNBC, set expectations for coaching quality, as well as facilitate players’ skill development.
