Amersham Swimming Club (ASC) based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Diving to continue the progression of our thriving diving section. Ideally, with elite experience, either coaching or competing, we are looking for someone with strong technical skills.

This post reports to the Chairperson at ASC.

Post's direct responsibility: Direct supervision: 5 for employees (number of Indirect supervision and volunteer workers)

Main purpose

Develop, organise, and deliver a coaching programme that meets the needs of competitive diving at ASC, enabling divers at all levels from novice, skills, and age group through to masters and elite levels to reach their full potential.
