Are you a passionate and motivated Diving Coach looking to lead an exciting new program in a world-class facility? MLC is seeking an experienced Head of Diving to establish and manage our new Diving Program ahead of the opening of our state-of-the-art Aquatic Centre in 2026. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and delivery of diving programs for MLC students and the wider community, from beginner through to advanced levels, while coaching and inspiring the next generation of divers to achieve their best.
About the Role

As the Head of Diving, you will take the lead in launching and growing MLC’s year-round Diving Program. Working closely with the Head of Community Sport and the wider Aquatics team, you will recruit and manage casual coaches, develop lesson plans, coordinate program administration, and support MLC’s GSV Diving teams during competition seasons. With future plans to establish the MLC Diving Club and participate in Diving Victoria competitions, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build something exceptional from the ground up.
