The Head Junior Women’s Coach will lead the coaching, development, and progression of our junior female athletes (U12–U18). This is a pivotal leadership role focused on fostering talent, encouraging participation, and maintaining apositive and competitive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

?Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions for junior women’s teams

?Mentor and manage assistant and age-group coaches

?Select and lead teams in local and state competitions

?Develop pathways for player development and progression

?Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive team culture

?Work closely with the Club’s Junior Men’s Coach and Committee
