The North Queensland Cowboys Group is seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead the strategic direction, integration, and delivery of marketing campaigns and advancements.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for unifying brand identity, elevating commercial performance, and driving data-led, multi-channel marketing initiatives that strengthen member, fan, and customer engagement across all touchpoints.
The Head of Marketing will oversee and inspire the marketing and design team fostering creativity, operational excellence, and alignment with organisational strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Group General Manager CLC, Consumer Revenue and Brand you will form part of a dynamic team and have creative and strategic input into group wide projects and expansion during this exciting time for the brand.
