An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Blackheath Rugby as Lead Therapist / Head of Medical ahead of the club’s return to Level Two rugby for the 2026/27 season. Following promotion to the RFU Champ Rugby for the first time since 1999, the club is looking to expand and strengthen its medical provision to support the demands of professional and semi-professional rugby.

Founded in 1858, Blackheath is the oldest open rugby club in the world, with a rich history and strong identity within the game. Based in south-east London, the club is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated therapist to lead the medical team and play a key role within the performance environment both on and off the field. A job share arrangement would be considered for suitable candidates.
