PURPOSE OF ROLE

This is a Max-term Contract role to cover maternity leave for approx 9 months. The Head of AFLW will demonstrate strong leadership and play an important role in the development and achievement of the AFLW vision, values and performance objectives. This role is responsible for leading, developing and embedding a football philosophy and system that ensures that excellence is repeatable year on year and drives finals success across our Women’s football programs - AFLW and VFLW.
