Swim England based in Loughborough is seeking a Head of Finance Partnering to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis.

• 35 Hours a Week (Mon–Fri)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Head of Finance Partnering to join us on a maternity-cover basis, leading a team of three and overseeing Swim England’s core finance-partnering activity.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting, working closely with budget holders and senior stakeholders to improve financial understanding, accountability and decision-making.

A key priority will be helping to embed Oracle NetSuite, improving reporting and identifying opportunities to streamline our month-end processes.
