
Head of Rowing - Loreto College Ballarat
The Head of Rowing is responsible for all aspects the College's Rowing Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching, managing, programming and execution of all training sessions for all rowing crews; mentoring, training, and managing rowing staff; coordination of the rowing calendar and overseeing maintenance of rowing equipment and facilities. The Head of Rowing will also be responsible for talent identification and contributing to build the profile of our rowing program ensuring the College's values are embedded and promoted within the sport.
The Head of Rowing will work closely with the Director of Staff and Operations, Director of Sport, Deputy Principal, Rowing Staff, Students and the Friends of Rowing committee. This role requires a highly skilled, reliable and motivated person with availability to work outside of school hours and weekends for rowing camps, regattas and training sessions. Hours of duty for this position will vary from term to term based upon the Rowing season.
