As Head of Para Sport System & Partnerships, you will lead PA's national initiatives that strengthen governance, delivery and integration across Australia’s para-sport system. You’ll unite government, NSOs, schools, allied health and community partners to deliver measurable outcomes. This role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices.

You will oversee PA's programs including the National Classification System, Supercharged Pathways and the Para Equipment Fund, managing budgets, timelines, risks and reporting to ensure impact for athletes and the wider system. You’ll align work with the 2032+ High Performance Sport Strategy and embed robust monitoring and evaluation.

This executive role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices but will require work outside standard hours and travel interstate travel.
