The Head Physiotherapist is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating best practice systems of care around players to improve list availability, whilst also providing leadership to the physiotherapy team.

We are looking for an individual with a collaborative, team-first mindset and a strong personal brand that aligns with the club's values. They must be committed to driving high standards for themselves and their team.

Reporting to the Head of Performance, the Head Physiotherapist will:

• Assist with the development of procedures and policy to support club clinical governance, including assistance with the Head of Health components 
• Maintain a high level of clinical documentation on Smartabase regarding player injuries and treatment
• Conduct thorough history taking, assessments and screening of AFL listed players
