ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Premier & Country Cricket Officer, in this role you will:

• Develop strong relationships with Metropolitan and Country stakeholders to ensure our premier cricket competitions across New South Wales, and the clubs and zones that participate in them, are an integral part of our talent development pathway.
• Provide expertise and support in helping each competition achieve their strategic goals in the areas of player and coach development, facilities and grants, financial sustainability.
• Establish and maintain a strong connection between Premier & Country Cricket and other talent programs.
• Deliver and manage Country carnivals and competitions and NSW Pathway carnivals (State Challenge and Country Youth Championships)
