North Yorkshire Sport are looking for a Head of Research, Evaluation and Impact to lead our evidence and insight agenda — helping us to understand, demonstrate, and amplify the difference we make.

This is a pivotal role in shaping how we measure success, learn from our work, and influence change across the system. You’ll lead our research and evaluation programmes, including major initiatives such as the Mayor’s Fund and Sport England’s Place Universal funding, while embedding a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

You’ll translate data and evidence into compelling stories that influence partners, funders, and policymakers — ensuring our insight drives better decisions and greater impact.
