The Head of Safeguarding and Integrity leads a large team of over 10 specialist roles to develop and implement a proactive approach to safeguarding across Britain, deploying and monitoring our activities, policies, procedures and guidance in line with organisational and team strategies; ensuring tennis in Britain remains a leader in safeguarding in sport. The role also oversees the LTA’s responsibilities in relation to anti-doping and integrity matters and ensures the LTA meets its obligations in in respect to the UKAD assurance framework requirements, as well as managing the organisational response to integrity concerns, working collaboratively with the Performance Directorate.
