Rickmansworth Swim Club, based in the Rickmansworth area, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Swimming Coach to lead, plan, and deliver a high-quality swimming programme that supports the development of swimmers at all levels, from grassroots upwards.

The Head Swimming Coach will foster a positive and inclusive training environment, ensure athlete development, and uphold the values and vision of the club or organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching and Programme Delivery:

• Design and oversee the club’s training programme, ensuring age-appropriate development and progression.
• Plan and deliver sessions across various age and ability groups, with a focus on technique, fitness, and performance.
• Lead the performance squad and attend key competitions.
• Supervise and mentor assistant and volunteer coaches, ensuring consistency in delivery.
• Use evidence-based practices to assess and monitor swimmer progress.
