We are seeking a driven, organised and people-focused Head Trainer/Manager to lead our Prospect location and take it to the next level.

The Role

As Head Trainer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coaching, operations, team leadership, membership growth and overall studio performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operations, sales, community engagement and coaching oversight.

You will be the heartbeat of the studio.

• Lead, motivate and manage coaching staff
• Oversee rostering and workforce planning
• Drive a positive, high-performance culture
• Ensure coaches deliver an exceptional member experience
