The Head Volleyball Coach, Boys is responsible for leading aspects of IMG Academy’s Volleyball program, including athlete development, team operations, training implementation, recruiting, staff leadership, and overall program culture. This role creates and maintains a high-performance environment focused on athletic excellence, student-athlete development, competitive success, and personal growth.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, organize, and lead high-quality volleyball practices, training sessions, team development plans, and competitive preparation activities. 
• Lead the development of student-athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental performance within an elite volleyball environment. 
• Design and oversee individualized development plans and performance benchmarks for student-athletes. 
• Utilize volleyball technology, performance analytics, video review, and modern athlete development methodologies to maximize athlete growth and competitive performance.
