The Help Desk Analyst performs a variety of technical support services related to day-to-day IT operational requests.
Location: Based in Indianapolis, IN Office - In-Person Attendance Required
FLSA/Salary: Non-Exempt/Part-time (20-24 hours per week)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, process, and resolve all end user support requests for the Indianapolis location.
- Execute hands on desktop technical support and networking support.
- Configurations and troubleshooting of PCs, OSx, and network printers.
- Provide hardware and software support for PC’s, OSx, Printers, Unifi equipment.
- Racetrack responsibilities include setup, configure, and decommission of networks and peripheral devices during Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park events.
- Provides technical assistance and support during events related to computer systems, hardware, or software, and isolates problems and determines and implements solutions.
