The High-Performance Coach Advisor role at the QAS involves co-designing and delivering coaching programs to identify and develop current and future highperforming coaches across various pathways. The position focuses on fostering excellence in coaching by providing strategic advice, leveraging sector trends, research, and performance insights, and building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including coaches, QAS leaders, sporting organisations, and industry partners.
