SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE 
The High Performance Specialist will play a critical role in collaborating with U.S. Ski & Snowboard High Performance Department’s external partners to share key insights and support the application of departmental systems. With a passion for educating and empowering others, this position will focus on teaching, supporting, and mentoring High Performance Partners in all aspects of high-performance processes to champion and strengthen the broader development system.
