The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Hospitality Intern for the 2027 season at DockHounds Ballpark in Oconomowoc, WI.

This internship offers hands-on experience in food service operations, hospitality, staff management, and fan experience. You’ll help oversee concessions and hospitality areas, support staff, manage inventory, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, friendly, and memorable experience at DockHounds games and events.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and break down concession stations, hospitality areas, and Club Level spaces for games and events.
• Assist with the daily operations of concessions and food service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, food handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines.
• Deliver quality and timely service while providing an exceptional fan experience.
