About the role

The Inclusion, Equity & Diversity Pathways & Events Specialist (IE&D) will support an inclusive annual events calendar that grows participation in Wheelchair, Intellectual Disability and Autism, Deaf Hard of Hearing, Blind Low Vision and Para-Standing tennis. This is a max-term role until September 2026.

The role will also be asked to support the planning and delivery of other key tennis events that support Tennis Australia's aspiration to be a fully inclusive and accessible sport including the delivery of the Glam Slam, the National Indigenous Tennis Carnival and other events that provide a platform for players from these communities to connect and compete.
