We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Inclusion Officer to support an exciting partnership between Leeds United Foundation, Leeds Rhinos Foundation, and Wellspring Academy Trust.

This role will focus on improving outcomes for young people across seven schools through the delivery of programmes under four key themes: Engagement & Participation, Health & Wellbeing, Belonging & Community, and Opportunity & Thriving.

Working across both Foundation teams and school settings, you will help create meaningful opportunities for young people, supporting attendance, behaviour, attainment, wellbeing, and personal development through the power of sport and positive engagement.
