As the Governing Body of tennis and padel in Wales, Tennis Wales is now looking to recruit an Independent Chairperson to lead the Tennis Wales Board to ensure the effective management of the organisation and work in partnership with the CEO to successfully deliver the organisations vision.

The role is accountable for fostering a culture of integrity, probity, transparency, and ethical conduct, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. The Chair will also champion strong governance practices across the organisation, in alignment with the Governance & People Development Framework for Wales (Arwain Cymru), ensuring the highest standards of organisational effectiveness and accountability are maintained.
