Welsh Rowing is looking for an Independent Safeguarding Committee Member to bring outside perspective, fresh thinking, and genuine care to how we protect and support everyone in our sport — children, young people, and adults alike.
This is a voluntary role, but the impact you'll have is real. You'll help shape the policies and culture that keep our clubs safe, and you'll make sure every voice — especially those too often left unheard — is part of the conversation.
We know brilliant people come from all kinds of backgrounds, careers, and life experiences. You don't need to have worked in sport before. If you care about safeguarding and bring relevant skills or experience, we'd love to hear from you.
