The Indiana Fever Athletic Trainer & Physical Therapist is a member of the sports medicine team and is responsible for providing professional athletic training and physical therapy care for the injuries and illnesses of the Indiana Fever players. The primary responsibilities include prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and monitoring of all illnesses and injuries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the direction of the Senior Director of Player Health & Performance, provide clinical care, based on the clinical evidence paradigm, to all players including but not limited to initial examination, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injuries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of pre-season and in-season screening, testing, and examination.
• Provide care to the Fever players, coaching staff, and support staff.
