LOVB Houston and the Houston Texans are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team! The Inside Sales Program is a 12-month entry-level sales development program focused on building the necessary skills and professional foundation to allow for successful sales and service careers in professional sports.
Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):
- Sell a full menu of ticketing and hospitality products for LOVB Houston, while supporting additional products across the organization’s sports and entertainment portfolio, including the Houston Texans
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations with assigned leads and self-prospected opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed established activity and sales performance goals (calls, meetings, pipeline KPIs, and revenue)
