The Equipment & Operations Intern will support the Carolina Ascent FC Women's Division One Soccer Team in the planning and execution of training sessions and games. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equipment management, sports operations, and community engagement. The intern will assist in daily training and match day operations and community clinics, among other initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in equipment and operations, teamwork, and leadership within the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of daily training and match-day events (mornings and weekends).
• Support community outreach programs and clinics, helping coordinate logistics and assist with on-site activities.
• Provide logistical support for daily logistics, working with staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of all events.
