The 2026-27 Los Angeles Lakers Internship Program is a season long paid internship (approximately September through June) that enhances students’ experience by bridging the gap between the academic environment and a future work environment. Interns learn the business of basketball off the court and behind the scenes through department assignments, special events and professional development opportunities. 

 
Intern Responsibilities
Each Intern is assigned to a specific department as an official team member for the duration of the internship. Assignments are based on current business needs as well as the candidate’s interest and experience. The Intern will work on key initiatives and projects specific to their department.
