As our IT Trackside Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality support within the areas supported by the IT Trackside Team, enabling robust, efficient and effective delivery of IT services.

About the Role:

• Accountable for setting up and supporting IT systems for events in (but not limited to) any or all of the following: Remote Support Room, Test Team, Race Team, Dynos and Simulators.

• Responsible for all 1st to 3rd line support enquiries and responsible for the escalation and notification of issues requiring further assistance from 3rd Parties or other departments.

• Setup, configuration, monitoring and decommission of all IT Trackside systems and services.
