The Temporary Junior Analyst supports the Accounting and Finance team by assisting with financial reporting, data analysis, and daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in financial analysis, reconciliations, and business support within a fast-paced environment. The position is term-based, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and timely execution of tasks. 

Position Responsibilities: 
Assist with preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and discrepancies
Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and databases
Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance
Collaborate with team members on ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests  Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
