Ealing Swimming Club (ESC) in West London is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Development Squad Coach to help develop young swimmers, build strong technical foundations, and support progression through the club's pathway at one of the UK's leading competitive swimming clubs.

ESC delivers a comprehensive aquatics programme supporting swimmers at every stage of their journey, from learn-to-swim and development squads through to regional, national and international competition. Alongside competitive swimming, the club also offers masters swimming, disability swimming and water polo programmes.

Working closely with the Head Coach and wider coaching team, the successful candidate will help create a positive, engaging and athlete-centred environment that encourages swimmers to achieve their full potential.
