The King’s School, Canterbury, Kent – a co-educational boarding and day secondary school with 910 pupils – is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coach to join its lacrosse programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Lacrosse in developing junior and senior Lacrosse players through a player-centered framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivering training sessions to a specific team (U14-U18 girls) , as guided by the Head of Lacrosse
Assisting in practice design and contributing to a dynamic and evolving player development framework
Taking match days both home and away in tournaments, matches and friendlies
Collaborating with the Head of Lacrosse to explore and implement a variety of approaches to deliver the programme
Mentor and support student-athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the pitch
Ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils at all times during sports activities
Be able to umpire or be willing to train to be an umpire to level 1 standard
