The Lead 2nd XI Coach / Assistant Coach will be responsible for coaching and managing the 2nd XI team during competitive fixtures, while also supporting the delivery of high-quality coaching and mentoring across all players.

Working closely with the Head Coach and Academy Director, the role will contribute to the ongoing development of players throughout the academy and into professional teams.

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible approach, including regular evening and weekend commitments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

2nd XI

Plan and deliver the 2nd XI training programme, including scheduling fixtures and leading training sessions.

Oversee match preparation, contribute to selection discussions, and manage the team during games.

Provide individual technical and tactical coaching to support player development.
