City of St Albans Swimming Club (CoStA) in Hertfordshire is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Junior Coach to join our coaching team. This is a great opportunity to be involved right at the beginning of the competitive pathway, working alongside our youngest swimmers as they take their first steps into competitive swimming.

Background

CoStA is a thriving, high-performing swimming club with squads spanning Pre-Club through to Performance and Masters levels. We have a strong track record of producing swimmers who go on to compete at County, Regional and National levels.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality training sessions, supporting athlete development, and helping to maintain a positive, encouraging team culture. You'll work closely with the Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach and the wider coaching team to help every swimmer reach their full potential.

We're keen to hear from coaches who hold a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate or a Level 2-qualified Teacher who is self-motivated, passionate about developing young athletes, and ready to be a hands-on member of our coaching team as we continue to build a successful club for the future. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
