Scottish Gymnastics is the governing body responsible for all levels of gymnastics activity in Scotland. We are a close-knit team whose purpose is to make our sport enjoyable, safe, and open to everyone. We are looking for someone who shares our values of inclusive, supportive, and aspirational to help us achieve our vision of an uplifting gymnastics experience for all.
We want a lead manager for performance and pathway to further enhance the infrastructure of the department. Scottish Gymnastics has been building the performance and pathway system for the last nine years to offer a full pathway for all eight competitive disciplines in Scotland, with over 300 gymnasts plus personal coaches being supported in our programmes; the ultimate goal is to support our athletes to excel at the highest level whilst having a great experience in the sport.
Scottish Gymnasts plays a crucial role in the British Gymnastics performance system to ensure we lift the standards of Scottish gymnasts to ultimately represent Great Britain in their respective disciplines. We are looking for someone with high levels of experience working in the performance system, either as a coach, practitioner, performance sport administration, with high levels of integrity, drive, enthusiasm, and initiative.
