Due to internal promotions, an exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join Oxford United FC working with our senior Women's team and our Boys U15/16 programmes in a combined role.

This is an entry-level full-time role that would be ideal for someone looking to make the transition into full-time sport, in a pro-learning, supportive environment, gaining both exposure to senior Women's and elite Boys U15/16 football.

Reporting directly to the Head of Academy Sport Science & Medicine, prospective candidates will be joining Oxford United at an exciting time in the club’s history: with a newly renovated Training Ground, measurable progress being made toward Category Two Academy status, new stadium development well underway, and a second consecutive campaign in the EFL Championship.
